How Hello Horse Works

1. Order Your Hello Horse

Choose your colour, place your order. Your unique QR code is generated automatically.

2. Check Your Inbox

Once your order is confirmed, you'll receive a welcome email from Hello Horse with a secure link to activate your Hello Horse profile.

3. Log In Securely

Click the button in your email and sign in using the email address you ordered with — no passwords, no fuss.

4. Build Your Horse's Profile

Inside your Hello Horse profile you can:

Upload your horse's photo
Choose your profile theme colour — pick from our palette or create your own using the colour bar
Add emergency contacts and essential details from feed plans to farrier appointments

5. Choose What to Share

You're in control. Select exactly what information is visible when someone scans your plate — share what you want, keep the rest private.

6. Scan & Go

Anyone who scans your plate gets instant access to the information you've chosen to share — perfect for when you are on holiday, full yard management, and overnight stays.

To manage your QR, you can also go to the Manage Your QR button in our menu to update and change your horse's profile securely and quickly.

Easy to Install

Each plate comes with a peel & stick 3M adhesive strip on the back, so you can instantly put up your plate in your stable or tack shed. The compact 150mm x 50mm plate won't overpower your stable door. Its engraved for you - weatherproof and wont fade in the sun!
