How do I update my horse's information?
It's really simple.
You'll have provided your email at checkout - simply click the button in your welcome email to access your personal dashboard.
From there, you can:

Update your horse's details

Change theme colours to match your stable or yard

Add a lovely picture of your horse with their name
Any changes you make update instantly - its so quick and easy!
How do I manage my QR code?
We've made it really easy for you to access your QR dashboard whenever you need it.
Simply click the Manage Your QR button in our menu at the top of the page.
You'll be able to securely log in using the email address you ordered with, and from there you can update your horse's information anytime you like.
How does the QR code work?
When you purchase a stable plate, you'll receive a welcome email with what we like to call a magic button
This button links directly to the QR code that will be engraved onto your plate.
Click the log in button to add all your horse's information. If you open the email on your phone or desk top you can add the details form there too!
Why are the plates small and flush to the wall?
Our plates are QR plates, not stable name plates.
They're designed to be slim and mount flush to stable doors, walls, or tack sheds for a clean, modern look that doesn't get in the way of your existing stable name plate.
The cleverness is in the QR code, easy to scan, and designed to blend beautifully into any stable setup.
What are the plates made of?
Each plate is made from specialist engraving-grade acrylic, carefully chosen for outdoor use.
This material allows the QR code to be engraved cleanly and deeply, ensuring it stays sharp, scannable, and long-lasting.

- Metallics can scratch slightly more than other colours - this is due to the metallic - look finish on them - but nothing to worry about, they are stunning so you probably wouldn't notice a little scratch if they get one!

Can the plates be used outdoors?
Yes.
Our plates are designed specifically for outdoor use and are fine in all weather conditions.
They're suitable for stable doors, yard walls, tack sheds, and other outdoor areas.
Can I change the colour theme of my horse's information page?
Absolutely.
Your personal dashboard includes colour customisation so you can match your page to your stable colours, yard branding, or personal preference.
You can change it whenever you like — it only takes seconds.
Can I buy more than one plate?
Yes.
If you purchase multiple plates using the same email address, all your horses will appear in one easy-to-manage dashboard.
👉 Please make sure you use the same email address at checkout, as this is how we link your plates to your account.
Can I have the plate drilled for screws instead of a sticky back?
Yes, absolutely.
If you'd prefer your plate pre-drilled for screw fixing, just email us as soon as you can after placing your order and we'll sort it for you.
Can the plates be gift wrapped?
Yes.
If your order is a gift, let us know and we'll wrap your plates in branded gift paper, ready to give.
Do you do gift cards?
Yes.
We used to offer digital gift cards, and we're currently designing something even nicer — beautiful metallic, engraved gift cards.
They're in the works at the moment, so watch this space ✨
Do the plates come with instructions?
Yes, they do.
Each plate arrives in a branded bag with a QR code you can scan for instructions if you need them.
That said, the setup is very straightforward and guided through the magic button in your welcome email — most people don't need anything else.
Do you do plates for dogs?
