Welcome to Hello Horse. By using our website and purchasing our products, you agree to these terms.

Products Our stable plates and products are custom-made to order delivered to you from the North East of England. All products are made specifically for you once your order is placed.

Orders and Payment When you place an order, you're making an offer to purchase. We'll confirm your order by email. Payment is processed securely through our payment provider at the time of purchase.

Shipping We ship within the UK only. Shipping costs £3.99 per order via tracked 48-hour service. Orders are dispatched within 3 working days (possibly longer during busy periods).

Returns and Refunds As our stable plates are custom-made for you, we don't offer refunds or returns. However, if there's any issue that's our fault, we'll do our best to put it right. Contact us at hello@hellohorse.co.uk

Intellectual Property All content on this website, including the Hello Horse brand, logo, and product designs, is our property and protected by copyright.

Limitation of Liability — QR Tags and Plates

Hello Horse QR tags and plates are a personal identification and information tool. They are not an official emergency service or guaranteed emergency response system.

Their effectiveness depends entirely on:

• The accuracy and completeness of the information entered by the owner into their profile
• The ability of a third party to scan the QR code at the time it is needed
• The owner regularly checking that the QR code is functional and the profile is current

It is the sole responsibility of the owner to:

• Set up their profile promptly upon receipt of their order
• Keep all profile information accurate and up to date
• Regularly scan and test their QR code to confirm it is working correctly

Hello Horse cannot accept responsibility for incomplete or outdated profile information, for a QR code that has not been checked or maintained by the owner, or for any circumstance in which the QR code cannot be scanned or accessed.

Our products should be treated as a helpful aid only and are not a substitute for professional emergency services.
