Products Our stable plates and products are custom-made to order delivered to you from the North East of England. All products are made specifically for you once your order is placed.

Orders and Payment When you place an order, you're making an offer to purchase. We'll confirm your order by email. Payment is processed securely through our payment provider at the time of purchase.

Shipping We ship within the UK only. Shipping costs £2.99 per order via tracked 48-hour service. Orders are dispatched within 3 working days (possibly longer during busy periods).

Returns and Refunds As our stable plates are custom-made for you, we don't offer refunds or returns. However, if there's any issue that's our fault, we'll do our best to put it right. Contact us at hello@hellohorse.co.uk
