Every Hello Horse product works the same simple way: scan, see, act. Here's how.
1. Log in and set up your profile
After your order is placed, you'll receive a welcome email with a link to log in — just click it to access your Hello Horse account. Or log in any time at www.hellohorse.co.uk using the email address you ordered with.
Fill in your horse's details — name, vet, emergency contacts, and any medical or care notes. It takes just a few minutes, and the more you add, the more useful your product becomes.
Already have an account? Log in and your new QR code will appear alongside your existing products — ready to set up.
No subscription. Ever.
2. Attach and display
Fix your Smart Stable Plate to the stable door, or attach your SOS Tags directly to the tack. Durable, weather-resistant, and designed to look great too.
Change your theme colour — make it yours.
3. Anyone can scan, anywhere
No app needed. Anyone with a phone can scan the QR code and instantly see your horse's profile and know exactly who to call.
Give it a scan yourself — check all your horse's info is there. A quick double-check goes a long way.

Your QR profile is securely linked to the email address you used when placing your order. Please keep access to this email account safe.
Every QR code is checked after engraving before dispatch. However, it is your responsibility to scan and check your QR code upon receipt and to add your horse's information as soon as possible.
We recommend scanning your QR code regularly to confirm it is working and your profile is current. Hello Horse cannot be held responsible for a QR code that has not been checked or updated by the owner.
Please note: Hello Horse tags and plates are a personal identification and information tool — they are not an official emergency service or guaranteed emergency response system. Their effectiveness depends entirely on the information you provide and the ability of a third party to scan the QR code. Please ensure your profile is always up to date and treat your tag or plate as a helpful aid, not a substitute for professional emergency services.
