Shipping Policy

We currently ship to UK addresses only. We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Standard delivery: 2–5 business days. Express delivery options are available at checkout.

Returns Policy

We want you to love your Hello Horse purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

How to Return

1. Email us at hello@hellohorse.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order.
2. Include your order number and reason for return.
3. We'll reply with return instructions and the return address.
4. Pack your item securely in its original packaging.
5. Send it back using a tracked service — we recommend keeping proof of postage.

Eligibility

Items must be unused and in their original condition. Personalised items cannot be returned unless faulty or damaged.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrived damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will arrange a replacement or full refund.
